Apple enthusiasts have been eagerly waiting for MacBook Pro 2016. However, Apple has not made any official announcement about the rumored laptop so far. As the fans wait for its release, which is anticipated in November, they wonder if it is worth waiting for.

With new speculations every day, the Apple fans can hardly contain their excitement. However, it has been twice now that Apple has failed to mention the laptop, once in March event and the next time at WWDC.

According to recent reports, the new MacBook Pro promises better performance as it is likely to sport the latest Kaby Lake processor by Intel, as opposed to the SkyLake that was initially thought to power the laptop under the hood. Regardless of the processor, it comes with, it is safe to assume that MacBook Pro is setting itself up for faster and better performance.

Moreover, new MacBook Pro will sport a thinner look and will be lighter than its predecessor, not to mention the extraordinary performance that Apple is gearing for, MacRumors reported. Additional features, reportedly, include OLED display bar, TouchID panel, wireless charging and NFC support. Other sources also indicate that the new laptop will come equipped with 4G LTE connectivity. If this is indeed true, MacBook Pro will be the first one to incorporate this feature in their line of laptops.

For now, all these features are based on rumors and nothing has been confirmed by Apple yet. If history is any indication, the resellers will start offering older MacBook models for a slashed price to clear shelves for the new MacBook Pro, making older variants cheaper by up to $100.

Meanwhile, Tech Radar reports that Cupertino-based tech company is planning to launch its star product in second half of the year. Apple plans to release their revamped MacBook Pro 2016 in the last quarter, just in time for holidays. However, these are just speculations as no official word has been released by Apple.
