"Maleficent" star Angelina Jolie has not died.
Contrary to reports that claimed that 41-year-old actress took her own life, it was confirmed that Jolie is very much alive and doing well, according to Hollywood Life.
Entertainment News Update reported the fake news which resulted in fans getting enraged. As of late, Jolie and her husband Brad Pitt have not yet commented regarding the issue.
The publication also claimed that they have footage of Pitt saying goodbye to her husband. They captioned the clip with "This is really sad, nobody deserves to die by suicide!! God will settle it all in the end, and only HE knew their heart!! Rest in Paradise, Prayers for the family. Farewell JOLIE!"
Meanwhile, some fans immediately believed the report due to Jolie's long history with eating and mental health disorders.
In other news, Jolie was once again caught in the middle of another false reporting with regards to her involvement at Georgetown University, according to People.
However, a representative from the school denied the reports by saying that the actress doesn't have any current plans to teach at the school.
"We enjoy a partnership with the London School of Economics as part of that work, where Angelina Jolie and William Hague are scheduled to teach a class in the fall. There are no current plans for Ms. Jolie to teach at Georgetown," Rachel Pugh said.
Back in May, it was announced that Pitt will act as a visiting professor for the school's new master's degree course on women, peace and security for SY 2016-2017.
