Lee Jong Suk and Han Hyo Joo has shown how close they have become while filming the MBC series "W." The latest behind-the-scenes clip has revealed the two cast members' camaraderie on the drama's filming set.

MBC has recently released its behind-the-scenes footage from the drama's episode 8 that aired on Wednesday, Aug. 17. In the clip, Lee can be seen teasing Han as he playfully touched her cheeks and patted her head, Soompi reported. The South Korean actress also showed her support for her co-star while Lee finished a narration recording for the said episode.

Han reportedly decided to stay behind on the set after she completed her filming activities. In the clip, the actress can be seen sitting on a desk near Lee while the actor studied his script. However, it appears that the "Pinocchio" star has had a long day since there were several times that he struggled to say his lines and even made a few mistakes.

When Lee asked Han whether she would like to go home first, the actress asked if her presence has made him uncomfortable, as indicated in the same report. He responded "no" and explained that his recording task may take a long time to finish. Despite having completed her scenes, Han commented that she would still wait for the actor.

She even gave the actor an encouraging handshake, as the two held hands at one point in the behind-the-scenes clip. Han also reacted to one of Lee's narrations as she showed off a sad face.

The two Korean stars have been hard at work filming the MBC drama "W." Lee portrays the webtoon protagonist Kang Chul, while Han plays the doctor On Yeon Joo who falls in love with Kang. Han's character also found herself traveling back and forth between the real world and Kang's webtoon universe.

The drama has also surpassed the 10 percent mark in viewership ratings. The latest rating report from Nielsen Korea for the drama's episode 8 has indicated a viewership share of 12.2 percent on a nationwide basis, while episode 9 posted 11.3 percent. On a metropolitan basis, episode 8 and episode 9 had viewership ratings of 13.3 percent and 12.5 percent, respectively.
