Pop diva Madonna was recently seen living it up in Havana, Cuba with her son Rocco. The pair were celebrating the " La Isla Bonita" singer's 58th birthday.

The pop star made a surprise visit to Cuba along with her two children, family and close friends, Daily Mail reported. She arrived in the Cuban capital via private jet and reportedly drove into the heart of the city in a flamboyant parade of classic American cars.

As the loud drumming in the background of the venue continued, the pair became surrounded by a group of cheering onlookers, the publication reported. Madonna was decked out in a black ensemble and sported a black fedora for the night's festivities. Reports claimed that locals took pictures and even sang "happy birthday" in Spanish to the visiting star.

In addition to celebrating her birthday at a club, Madonna was also spotted at the La Vitrola bar. She was photographed enjoying herself while dancing on top of the bar.

The images that emerged from Cuba from her night out revealed that Rocco's relationship with his mother has now been patched up. Previously, Madonna and her former husband, Guy Ritchie were embroiled in a lengthy custody battle over their son.

After heated exchanges between Rocco's parents, an agreement was reached. The details of which were sealed by the court, People reported. Since then the mother and son have been spending a lot of time together.

Following an emotional family reunion in London, reports claimed that Madonna took her children on a trip to Africa and visited impoverished communities in Kenya. Madonna also visited with organizations such as Shining Hope For Communities, a group that provides clean water and free healthcare to schools.

The "Vogue" singer is not the first to grace the shores of Cuba. The country has become a popular vacation spot for Hollywood celebrities including Beyonce, Rihanna, Kanye West, Leonardo DiCaprio, and the Kardashians.

Diplomatic ties between the U.S. and Cuba were strengthened in 2015 during a visit by President Obama. Since then, the country has reportedly seen a spike in American tourists and Hollywood A-listers.
