MacBook Pro 2016 Release Date Happening Soon with Skylake, AMD Polaris GPU and Intel Integrated Graphics?

As credible reports emerge that Apple is likely to uncloak both the MacBook Pro and MacBook Air 2016 upgrades via the confirmed iPhone 7 unveiling next week, deals involving the current MacBook Pro models are increasing offering up to $300 savings. Is a release date happening real soon?

But before that, Apple Insider pointed to tempting lower priced MacBooks that include the 13-inch and 15-inch Pros from authorized reseller Adorama and top-rated eBay seller. In Adorama, the 15-inch MacBook Pro with 2.5GHz processing chip, 16GB of RAM and 1TB of disk storage is down to $2709 or $290 lopped off from the sticker. Shipping is totally free and buyers from New York and New Jersey will get the bonus of free sales.

If the preference is the 13-inch form factor then eBay is the way to go where the same size of the 2015 MacBook Pro is discounted by $300. Apple Insider said the cash damage now only amounts to $1199.99 and in exchange buyers will get the more portable Pro that is powered by 2.7GHz processor and 8GB of RAM. Storage is decent enough at 256GB.

The deal is with limited stocks only so shoppers need to hustle up on the buy decision.

Or they can pass up these MacBook Pro deals and wait out for both the MacBook Pro and Air refreshed models, which Bloomberg said Apple will introduce in the next few days. The tech giant has set September 7 as the day that the next iPhone models will be made public but according to the reputable publication, apart from the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus the tech giant will also reveal the new Mac lineup.

Picking up on the news, MacRumors said that the iMac and a new 5K monitor made for Apple by LG are among the big revelations next week. But the more interesting is the suggestion that finally the 2016 MacBook Pros and Air will get announced.

The facts on the specs and feature upgrades are not that solid at the moment but reports indicate that at least the MacBook Pro 2016 is confirmed to have OLED touch bar, Touch ID-enable power button and the renamed OS X that is now MacOS Sierra. The latter will also bring with it Siri for Mac or the ability to use the laptop hands-free.

The Bloomberg report did not touch on the rumors that the MacBook Pro 2016 will mighty up with the help of Intel's seventh-generation chip Kaby Lake. But as the suggestion is strong that release date of the device will happen as early as October, it's more likely that the new MacBook Pros when launched will run on the combo of MacOS Sierra and Intel Skylake with integrated graphics or AMD Polaris 11 GPU for the high-end 15-inch models.
