One Punch Man is an anime TV series produced by Madhouse based from a Japanese webcomic created by One.

The second season of "One Punch Man" will be released sometime in November. Along with this announcement, Saitama, the protagonist of the manga series is expected to lose his punching powers and be defeated by his opponent, Amai.

Series director Yusuke Murata has been giving hints about the said TV series, while confirming that the manga has been in production already. Despite the positive news, some fans are disappointed at how Toonami handled the production of "One Punch Man" English-subbed version. It is still airing as of this time on Adult Swim, Asia Starz reported.

According to the same report, despite the efforts of the skilled actors, some fans thought the production was inefficient and ineffective. Currently, the series is more than half way through airing as it will be releasing its 8th episode titled "The Deep Sea King" on Sept. 10. It is expected to finish by October this year, the reason why speculations are rife that its second season will be launched by November.

Meanwhile, another rumor that Saitama will be losing his powers has been making its rounds on the internet lately. With the event that is about to unfold, Genos is speculated to be the new hero of the series.

Another speculation was brought up by a fan at a discussion thread in AllKPop where user Aoki91 predicted there will be three villains awaiting Saitama in the next season. According to the spoiler, the three nemesis includes Garou who was the former student of Silver Fang, Lord Boros who is a returning character and Amai Mask who ranked as one hero in the A-Class.

According to the post, Amai believes that heroes should be the most suitable example to the public. But underneath his personality lies another side which believes that all evil things must be mercilessly and immediately exterminated.

"One Punch Man" originated from manga created by author Pseudonym One. It began publication last 2009 and a digital manga was created by Yusuke Murata last 2012. The series amassed 7.9 million views shortly after release and has continued to gain fans worldwide after an English version started airing.
