"Married at First Sight" alum Jamie Otis disclosed to the hosts of "The Tomorrow Show" with Kevin Undergaro on Thursday, Sept. 1, and said she could not have stopped crying after her miscarriage in July.

"I felt silly. You can sense that people around you kind of just want you to ... keep going, you know," the 30-year-old reality personality said with her voice full of emotion. She added that she do remember when her husband, Doug Hehner came home from work and she was just trying to stop the crying but she could not.

She added that Hehner went up the stairs and he literally just dropped his bag and went over to her. "It was just so comforting," she said.

Otis and her husband confirmed the tragic news via her blog on Thursday, July 14, just about a week after she revealed to be expecting a baby, US Magazine reported.

The "Wifey 101" writer wrote at the time and said her heart was so heavy and there are no words to express the pain and sorrow of losing their baby Hehner. She has ended up documenting the couple's path of mourning via posts to her blog and also social media.

"I think I would have known how to respond to that being that I have delivered baby borns, but it is just crazy when it happens to you," she adds. "It just sucks."

According to People Babies, the pair, who met on season one of "Married at First Sight, have since named their baby Johnathan Edward Hehner. Since the couple lost their son, Otis has been candid about sharing their feelings on both her blog and Instagram page - such as the fact that she and her husband have hope for their family's future additions.

In an August post, Otis explained that despite the pain that she and Hehner went through, they are ready to try again for another little one. In one of her posts, she wrote and said she do not know how others handle [losing babies], but for her, she have a strange idea that the solution to her problem is to be pregnant again. "I just feel like there is an emptiness inside me that can't be filled," the post read.
