Kim Woo-Bin's 'Uncontrollably Fond' co-star Bae Suzy meets her Madame Tussauds wax figure

South Korean singer Bae Suzy has officially joined the wax statues at Madame Tussauds museum. On Sept. 13, Tuesday, the 21-year-old star struck a pose with her wax double at the Madame Tussauds' Hong Kong.

The "Dream High" actress met her wax figure for the first time at its unveiling that day. Suzy, who was wearing the same white dress, shoes, and earrings, is the first female Korean star to have her own wax figure displayed at Madame Tussauds.

"I did not expect it to look this much like me," All Kpop quoted Suzy as saying before a group of reporters. "It's so shocking. I am very happy to be the first Korean female star to be made into a wax figure."

The miss A member only had compliments for the craftsmanship and attention to detail that went into the creation of her wax figure. She stressed that they wax figure's eyes and hair are truly indistinguishable.

It was reported previously that a wax doll specialist flew from England and took seven hours just to get Suzy's definite measurements. The singer-turned-actress' wax figure was inducted into the Hallyu exhibition hall at the Madame Tussauds' Hong Kong.

With the official launching of her wax figure, Suzy has joined an exclusive group of Korean celebrities, including actors Kim Soo-Hyun, Lee Jong-Suk, Bae Yong-Joon and Super Junior's Choi Si-Won. A wax figure of her boyfriend, Lee Min Ho, is presently housed at the Madame Tussauds museum in Shanghai, China.

Meanwhile, the KBS 2TV's "Uncontrollably Fond," which starred Suzy and Kim Woo-Bin, aired its final episode on Sept. 8. After the melodrama's fruitful run, Suzy took to Instagram to thank the fans, the show's staff, fellow cast members and program directors, Cha Young-Hoon and Park Hyun-Suk.

In the caption, as translated by The Kpop Herald, Suzy revealed that she could not stop crying when they were watching "Uncontrollably Fond's" finale episode together, in the same room where they watched the drama's first episode. She added, "It was truly an honor to have played the character of Noh Eul."
