‘Titanfall: Frontline’ Android card game will be free to download from Google Play Store

The "Titanfall: Frontline" Android card game will be free to download from the Google Play Store. It will also feature hundreds of specialty cards like Pilots, Titans, and more.

According to the new Android card game's official website, players of the popular shooter video game "Titanfall" will soon get the chance to try it out later this fall. This will be the first in a series of strategy card games in an extended universe of the game franchise. This will be a collaboration between game developers Nexon, Particle City, and Respawn Entertainment.

Interested fans who want to play the free card game are encouraged to visit the official website to pre-register ahead of the global launch. The launch will coincide with the release of "Titan Fall 2" for Xbox One in late October. Those who pre-registered will gain in-game rewards to help them start out.

The mobile card game will feature a lot of specialty cards for players to collect. They can gain Pilots, Titans, and special ability Burn Cards. They must collect these to build their own battle deck to match their preferred style of play.

Players can try out a deck that has fast, light Titans and Pilots for a quick strike strategy. They can also try out a defensive type of deck with stronger units supported by installations to wait out their opponents.

Players can try the real time competitive PVP where they challenge other Commanders in head-to-head battles. Winners will be able to climb the Leaderboards. They can also team up in social guilds for strategic alliances.

For the people who visited the official website, they can download the fan kit for free. They can grab official screenshots, wallpapers, logos, and many more bonuses. The development team will also try to update the content found in the kit.

Writer Erik Kain wrote on Forbes that this card game might still be fun even it has a different type of gameplay. This will also need to stand out from the rest of the card games out there now, and it will require more that its franchise's brand. He also said that it should avoid all of the cons that other free-to-play games have, since it is also one.
