Last season's runner-up team SSC Napoli (2-0-1, 7 points) look to keep their undefeated streak in the young 2016-2017 Serie A season alive as they host middling club Bologna FC (2-1-0, 6 points) on Sep. 17, Saturday at their home field of Stadio San Paolo.

Start Time and Streaming Info

The game starts at 2:45 p.m. ET. It can be viewed live online thru FuboTV.

Napoli started great this term even after losing last season's domestic top scorer Gonzalo Higuaín to defending champions Juventus in the recent summer transfer window. The Argentine striker was bought by the Old Lady for a fee of €90 million, one of the most expensive football transfers of all time.

Head coach Maurizio Sarri had signed 22-year-old striker Arkadiusz Milik last month to somehow fill the void that Higuaín left in the team's offense and the Poland international had been performing well as expected.

Gli Azzurri is still unbeaten after three games this season with their last match ending in a 3-0 demolition of bottom three team Palermo on the road at the Stadio Renzo Barbera last Saturday, as per SB Nation.

After a goalless first half battle, team captain Marek Hamsik netted the opening goal for the squad at the 47th minute before Spanish winger Jose Callejon unleashed a brace at the 51st and 65th minutes to complete the visitors' three-goal haul.

It was the first clean sheet for Partenopei this season as they gave up two goals in each of their first two games.

Meanwhile, Bologna is also off to a decent start with two wins and a loss in the first three weeks of 2016-2017.

I Rossoblu is coming off a 2-1 win over last season's Serie B champions Cagliari Calcio at their home turf of Stadio Renato Dall'Ara last Sunday, via ESPN.

Italian striker Simone Verdi buried the first goal of the match at the 23rd minute as the hosts take a 1-0 lead at the break.

Cagliari's fate then went into a wrong turn as goalkeeper Marco Storari was sent off at the 54th minute. He was replaced by Brazilian Rafael as midfielder Nicolò Barella sat down because of the red card.

Bologna then doubled their lead at the 74th with a goal from forward Federico Di Francesco while the visitors netted a consolation goal at the 83rd off a free kick by defender Bruno Alves.
