Legendary Pokémon of the X and Y games will be distributed with the premiere of the new Pokémon anime, XY & Z.

Pokemon XYZ: The Series is nearing its conclusion, thus, Pokemon company introduces Pokemon Sun and Moon: The Series as a follow-up with Ash going to school.

The first trailer for Pokemon Sun and Moon: The Series was recently released and it showed a totally new Ash which shocked many fans. Significant changes in the physical attributes of Ash, compared in the previous seasons, can be seen in the video, such as his face being more rounded, his nose smaller, and his hair thicker. In general, Ash is transformed into his younger and more innocent version.

Although producers of the Anime series may have done such transformations in order for him to exude an image of a student, many fans think that this will have negative effects in the over-all success of the series' next installment. In fact, the new look of Ash is said to be in contradiction with the portrayal of more matured and older Ash, who usually looked pro in Pokemon battlefield in the previous installments.

Accordingly, the school that he will be attending is run by Professor Kakui and he will be joined in the classroom by Lilie (Professor Kukui's assistant in the "Pokemon Sun & Moon" games), Mallow, Sophocles, and Lana. All of them are Trial Captains in the Pokemon game. On the other hand, the trailer did not feature other significant characters such as Serena and Clemont. With this, fans conclude that Ash would probably go on his journey in Alola with no one but Pikachu.

Aside from physical features, it can also be seen in the trailer that Ash is wearing and using a Z-Ring and performing a dance to perform the Z-move. This is a popular strategy in Pokemon games, which enables the Pokemon to upgrade one of its moves.

The trailer also gave off hint on the Ash's new Pokemon, Litten, as he can be seen running at a beach.

Accordingly, Pokemon Sun and Moon: The Series will premiere in Japan on November and go all throughout America in 2017.
