WWE Clash of Champions rumors and prediction: The New Day vs. Gallows & Anderson – New Era in Tag-Team division

WWE Raw Sept. 26, 2016 live stream, where to watch online: Aftermath of Clash of Champions 2016

The New Day (Xavier Woods, Kofi Kingston and Big E) will battle the Club (Doc Gallows and Kyle Anderson) anew in what will be a highly-physical encounter for the WWE tag-team titles at Clash of Champions this Sunday, Sept. 25 at Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Match Preview:

After setting the new record for the longest reigning WWE tag-team champion in promotion's history, the New Day faces a far harder test in keeping the belts against a much more focused and savaged duo of Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows.

The rivalry between the New Day and the Club has been going around for four months now, dating back to May 30 when Anderson and Gallows attacked the reigning tag-team champ in a non-title match with the Vaudevillians.

During that span, the Club managed to inflict real damage on their rivals, but the New Day somehow found ways to keep the title around the waist everytime they faced each other in the ring. At Clash of Champions, Gallows and Anderson will put everything on the line, knowing that this could be their final shot at dethroning the New Day.

Prediction & Experts Pick:

Gallows and Anderson are the favorites for a huge reason - the New Day run as champion has come to end. The New Era needs a fresh air, a new wave of hard-hitting tag-teams are about to make their presence felt in the coming days, so it's fitting to give the belts to the monsters that are Gallows and Anderson. Five of six Bleacher Report panelists all predicted the Club coming on top at Clash of Champions, making it perhaps the safest best in Sunday night's card.

Match Rumors:

With Gallows and Anderson's victory written in stone, there are speculations the tag-team champion is set to have a makeover. Enzo Amore and Big Cas is currently feuding with the Shining Stars (Primo and Epico) and expect these two teams to enter the tag-team title pictures soon, especially the SAWFT guys.

Clash of Champions will be live from Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana on Sept 25 at 8 p.m US EST, exclusively on WWE Network.
