‘The Vampire Diaries' alum Nina Dobrev supports search for cancer cure in new Instagram post

"The Vampire Diaries" alum Nina Dobrev recently showed support for those who are in search for a cure for cancer.

On her Instagram account, the actress shared a photo of the bracelet that was designed by Live Lokai. "Cancer divides, we unite. When we come together, we are stronger. We can all be part of the cure. This month @livelokai joins @bcrfcure in the fight against breast cancer. #livelokai," she captioned the photo.

Meanwhile, Dobrev is spending plenty of time with her family and friends before her rumored return to "The Vampire Diaries" season 8. Also on her Instagram account, the actress has been sharing photos from her getaways and hangouts with her loved ones.

Over the weekend, Dobrev posted a photo of her family's backyard that has a swimming pool. "The calm before the #SundayFunDay storm... #GameDayWasASuccess #MyLittlePieceOfParadise #TheresNoPlaceLikeHome," she captioned the photo.

Dobrev also shared a photo from her recent indoor rock climbing adventure. "As the expression goes... 'The higher the heels the closer to heaven.' Or wait, was it... 'I did everything he did, but in high heels...' No hang on, I'm pretty sure it is... 'Give a girl the right shoes and she can conquer the world.' Whatever, you get my point. I'm killing it. In 4 inches heels," she wrote.

In other news, there are ongoing rumors suggesting that Dobrev will return to the finale episode of "The Vampire Diaries" season 8 to reprise her role as Elena Gilbert. As of late, the actress still hasn't confirmed or denied the rumors.

"The Vampire Diaries" season 8 will premiere on The CW on Oct. 21 at 8 p.m. ET.
