WWE superstar Paige arrives for WWE RAW at 02 Brooklyn Bowl on April 18, 2016.

WWE superstar Paige is back in the headlines this week after getting suspended once again for violating the company's Wellness Policy for the second time. The latest update on the situation suggests that Paige and the WWE are heading towards a very bad breakup.

The 24-year-old superstar is not having the best year of his career after a historic 2014 wherein she won the WWE Divas championship twice. She also had a great 2015 since she got to make her WrestleMania 31 debut but it went downhill at the start of 2016.

The WWE has failed to book Paige successfully as the next page of the women's division before getting suspended for violating the WWE Wellness Policy in September. She got a 30-day suspension because t was her first offense.

According to WWE.com, Paige, whose real name is Saraya Jaye-Brevis, was suspended on October 10 for 60 days for her second violation of the WWE Wellness Policy. The suspension seemed to have shocked fans since it is a bad move for her to violate a company policy two months apart.

Paige last appeared on WWE television in the June 27 edition of Monday Night Raw. She reportedly wanted to leave the company last month with the help of a lawyer. Her relationship with former WWE superstar Alberto Del Rio has been the major cause of friction between her and the WWE.

The two-time Divas champion might be looking for ways to get fired since she wants to be with Del Rio on the independent circuit. She recently praised former Divas champion A.J. Lee, who is the wife of CM Pun, on Twitter.

According to Forbes, Paige and the WWE is heading for a messy divorce since she still has three years on her current contract. However, the report noted that her presence is badly needed by the company and she might have been used if not for her neck injury.

It should be noted that Paige was reportedly suspended for using pain killers for her neck injury. Pain killers are not permitted in the Wellness Policy resulting to her second suspension. Check out the video below for Paige's last televised match on Raw.
