Independent UK is speculating that the "The Walking Dead" Season 7 episode 2 will introduce King Ezekiel's community The Kingdom. As for King Ezekiel, he is expected to be introduced later in the ongoing season.
Meanwhile, Fox International has released a promo for "The Walking Dead" episode 07X02 quite early. According to Blasting News, the latest trailer reveals answers to some important questions. Fans are assured that the fan-favourite characters Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus) and Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) come out of Negan's den alive and make it past the episode 1. The promo was later taken down by AMC.
In addition, "The Walking Dead" Season 7 episode 2 will run for additional 16 minutes with 76 minutes runtime. It happens to be one of the longest episodes of the series, according to Cinema Blend.
