The episode begins with Zamasu and Goku Black ready to battle Goku and Vegeta. Goku tells Zamasu that he is fighting him and Zamasu puts him down by reminding that he should not order the Gods.

Meanwhile, Vegeta and Goku Black engage in a war of words before they power up.

"I know you have grown so strong. It is anger," Goku Black says to Vegeta.

He tells Vegeta that the idea of getting stronger using anger is disgusting and that he will show him his powerlessness.

Goku Black gets into Super Saiyan Rose mode and creates a scythe using his anger.

He swings the scythe and Vegeta teleports and thinks Goku Black has missed it. But, the scythe has made a rip in the sky. The gaping hole glows and Vegeta wonders what it is.

Meanwhile, Goku says to Zamasu that he thinks he is confident about his immortality leaving himself open to attacks.

Future Trunks asks Mai to see the fight, but she could see Zamasu fast approaching towards them.

Bulma is scared about the arrival of Zamasu as the time machine is incomplete. Trunks prepares to battle Zamasu. Bulma tells Trunks that he can use Mafuba to seal Zamasu in the jar.

Meanwhile, Goku Black's hole in the sky is manipulating with Goku's ability to sense Trunks' ki. Black tells them that they cannot go after Zamasu.

Black is confident that Zamasu has killed Trunks, Bulma and Mai. He questions them if their anger to protect the ones they love will still make them stronger.

Meanwhile, Trunks reveals that he doesn't know how to use Mafuba and Bulma plays a recorded video of Piccolo demonstrating the Mafuba.

But, the video turns out to be useless for Trunks has he is unable to understand.

Zamasu arrives and Bulma asks Trunks to practice the technique while she tries to hold him off.

She rushes to do the unexpected. Bulma starts to flirt with Zamasu.

"Tee hee! So you're making a world by yourself?" Bulma plays with Zamasu's nipple,

"What a grand scale," she continues.

"I think I might fall into a forbidden love!"

Zamasu grabs Bulma using her collar and Trunks get a painful recap of how future Bulma dies.

Trunks is angry and he powers up to seal Zamasu using Mafuba.

Zamasu, certainly, doesn't see that coming from him. The Mafuba is working but Zamasu declares that it would not end like this.

Zamasu is in the Mafuba jar and Bulma starts crying and states that the entire thing was scary.

Bulma tells them to put the magic paper around the Mafuba jar to seal the demon. But, they left the piece of paper at Roshi's house.
Elsewhere, Goku Black could sense that something is wrong with Zamasu's ki and teleports. As the gap disappears, Goku and Vegeta also teleport to see Bulma, Trunks and Mai.

Zamasu frees himself from the jar due to the lack of the magic seal. He is angry and knows that the mortals cannot be taken lightly.

Goku Black declares that it is time for them to show their true powers.
