‘Food Wars: Shokugeki No Soma’ Season 3 air date: Anime to open with a Shokugeki of Yukihira Soma

"Food Wars!: Shokugeki no Soma" is a Japanese shōnen manga series written by Yūto Tsukuda and illustrated by Shun Saeki.

"Food Wars: Shokugeki No Soma" Season 3 is reportedly coming back in 2017 for another set of action-packed cooking battles and mouth-watering dishes. The third season of the popular anime will open with a shokugeki between Yukihira Soma and an upperclassman.

Based on the final episode of "Shokugeki No Soma" Season 2, Yukihira Soma received tons of challenges or invitations for a shokugeki because of his success at the Totsuki Autumn Election. According to Fumio-san, the first and second years are standing on equal grounds after the Stagiaire arc.

In order to develop his specialty dish and to practice what he learned from his training, Yukihira Soma plans to accept every shokugeki challenge.

It is unknown how many episodes that the Season 3 will have, but it is rumored that the third season will have around 12 episodes. This is mainly because the anime caught up with the manga. No official air date has been announced yet.

Meanwhile, Shokugeki No Soma OVA this year is a hot spring special. Spoilers revealed that the kids will go to a hot spring. At the inn, Isshiki and Megumi will have a table tennis match, while Soma and Kurokiba will continue with their battle. This time it is a fishing battle. Lastly, faithful to its ecchi nature, Nakiri Erina will have a sensual bath scene.

The third season of Japanese anime will be interesting and tell a lot of exciting. In addition, the new season viewers will get the answers to their questions and find the continuation of the story.
