Update: The promo begins with Lucifer saying to Charlotte that she wants something and what is it.

"I want my family," Charlotte says.

Lucifer declares he doesn't want to go back to hell. His mom tells him that it is not about hell but heaven, it is about going home. The next scene shows Lucifer looking up and it looks like a portal will open.

He is adamant that Earth is his home now and Chloe and others are his family.

"Lucifer" Season 2, episode 8 synopsis

According to the synopsis, a human has stolen Azrael's blade and Lucifer is able to connect the dots and link to the series of stabbings near a local Yoga studio. Chloe looks into the matter while Lucifer asks Ella to help is locating the blade and end the stabbings.

"Lucifer and Chloe investigate a string of violent stabbings revolving around a local yoga studio.

After discovering that Azrael's blade has been stolen by a human, Lucifer quickly connects it with a string of violent stabbings revolving around a local yoga studio. While Chloe investigates the murders, Lucifer enlists Ella's help in locating the sword to stop the carnage in the all-new "Trip to Stabby Town" episode of LUCIFER airing Monday, Nov. 14," reads the synopsis.
