73rd Annual Golden Globe Awards - Press Room

The Hollywood Foreign Press Association announced on Thursday that Miss Golden Globes in 2017 would have three instead of one holder. They are the three daughters of “Creed” actor Sylvester Stallone – Sophie, Sistine and Scarlett Stallone.

While “Rambo” gushed over the news during the association’s Golden Globes event, the 70-year-old actor clarified that the three young women are not about to pursue acting careers.

Eighteen-year-old Sistine enjoys her work as a model, while 20-year-old Sophie prefers to work behind the scenes than be a celebrity like her father. Fourteen-year-old Scarlett is still in junior high and not yet sure what career to pursue, ETonline reported.

However, despite their lack of interest in an acting career, the three young woman are excited for the Golden Globes awards night two months away from now because it would give them an opportunity to step outside the shadow of their famous parents.

Sistine commented, “It's such a cool opportunity, because our whole lives we’ve been in the shadows of [our parents] at all red carpet events since we were little … Now that it's about us for once it's such a cool opportunity to be [seen by viewers from] all over the world. It’s just amazing!”

“I didn't take it lightly because I know that it hadn't been done before, and I thought it was incredibly gracious of the Golden Globes to present this opportunity,” Stallone said and told his three daughters not to take the opportunity lightly. He added the three girls are appreciative of their upcoming roles of handing out the statues in the 74th Golden Globes awards night to be aired on NBC on Jan. 8, 2017.

To announce the Stallone sisters’ selection, Golden Globes posted on its Instagram account the photo of the three women with their famous dad holding his Best Supporting actor trophy he won in January. The siblings make history are the first set of sisters chosen for the title and duties, Celebuzz reported.
