Loosing Weight

There is always that side of exercising that makes people cringe and while people may still find it possible to do just that, here is another fact that people may consider worthy of their time - sex does burn calories, according to Daily Mail UK.

In a recent study featured in Mens Health, a new gadget called Geeksme was invented to help you monitor your sex life through sensors. The said sensors will actively tally the number of times you get down, the intensity and the duration it went. All three combined will determine the number of calories lost using the gadget.

Sexologist Emily Morse, Ph., says that the tracker is not a bad idea.

According to the article, sex is indeed another form of exercise and using the device by a man who has had sex for 25 minutes loses 100 calories, while the other who had it for an hour loses 300 calories. In order for users to save themselves from the risk of diabetes, depression and heart disease, they will need a total of 150 minutes per week of moderate activity. The tracker is said to also initiate willingness to be more fit because of its capability to give user real time stats of the calorie burnt.

Although issues about women having thoughts about it, Morse says, "Explain that you are trying to be more healthy and that your wearable fitness tracker is helping you monitor all your physical activities." She also added that, it is also important not to be too absorbed with the tracker and keep in mind that sex is awesome.
