2PM’s Taecyeon reveals fitness secret; Kim So Hyun gushes over ‘Seven First Kisses’ star

2PM group member Taecyeon recently shared his secret to keeping a fit and healthy body. Meanwhile, the singer's former co-star Kim So Hyun praised the "Seven First Kisses" actor for his positive attitude towards work.

The Kpop idol star Taecyeon is just one of the South Korean celebrities who has taken great care of their bodies. With a fit physique, the 2PM singer's previous photo shoots have revealed Taecyeon's muscular arms, six pack abs and a well-defined chest.

In a recent guest appearance at "Choi Hwa Jung's Power Time," Taecyeon revealed some of his fitness secrets. Monitoring his daily food intake and constantly checking his weight are just some of the singer's methods to keeping fit.

Standing on a weighing scale every day even became a part of the 2PM group member's daily morning routine, according to Taecyeon. Apart from diet and weight monitoring, working out in the gym also helped to keep his body healthy and fit.

Meanwhile, avid fans of the Kpop idol singer will soon see Taecyeon in the web drama "Seven First Kisses." The 2PM group member will portray the son of a rich family who is set to romance a Duty Free shop worker named Soo Jin (Lee Cho Hee).

Taecyeon stated during the web drama's earlier press event that his character will be a man who is willing to sacrifice everything for love. He even added that it was a role that he always wanted to portray, All Kpop quoted the singer-actor as saying.

In other news, the 2PM group member's former "Let's Fight Ghost" co-star Kim recently complimented Taecyeon for his sense of humor and positive work attitude. In an interview with Korean news outlet @Star1, as cited by Korea Herald, the South Korean actress recounted how the Kpop idol singer would joke around the tvN production's filming set.

Kim even commented on their great on-screen chemistry as shown in the tvN drama. She added, "I think we share that positive energy, and our sense of humor is also similar."
