Featured in People Magazine, Kelly Clarkson basks on motherhood, being a wife and more about her emotional new album "Piece By Piece."

Clarkson's last album, which was released in 2011 and titled "Stronger," has only now been followed. According to PEOPLE, her new album does not disappoint despite being on a break for almost four years. In 2013, Clarkson married Brandon Blackstock and welcomed their first baby in June, named River Rose. In her interview with PEOPLE, she said a lot about her album including small revelations during her music break.

She revealed that her album "Piece By Piece" was recorded while she was still pregnant with her daughter River Rose. Clarkson also admitted to several bouts with morning sickness during that time. She admitted being held slow by that, but she took heart other songwriters who inspired her in so many ways. In her eighth month pregnancy, her voice drastically changed and that is when she felt that it could be the end her singing career. She lost her voice and she felt distressed, thinking it was a "good ride," but it's over.

She declared her song "Run Run Run" as her personal favorite of all time. After failed attempts to collaborate with other artists, John Legend agreed to record a duet with her and they just clicked with "Run Run Run." As if Legend was not enough, another celebrity enlists and Sia made a cameo, adding two tunes to "Invincible" and "Let Your Tears Fall."

In her interview featured in The Guardian, she expressed her thoughts about collaborating with another big artist, saying, "I don't like it to be forced: I don't like it when they bring together a celebrity and a celebrity, regardless of how they sound. Just because people are lead singers doesn't mean they can harmonize."
