There are speculations that "The Big Bang Theory" Season 10 may be the show's last and final run. Consequently, it is reported that Warner Bros. TV and CBS are working on a "The Big Bang Theory" spinoff series that will focus on Sheldon Cooper's life as a growing teenager in Texas.

"The Big Bang Theory" Season 10 spoilers suggest that a major character is leaving the show soon, and Jim Parsons, who plays Sheldon Cooper on the show, is rumored to be the referred to in reports.

Although Sheldon Cooper is one of the major characters on "The Big Band Theory," his exit from the show might be due to the fact that he might be focusing on a spinoff series for his character. According to Variety, "The Big Bang Theory" spinoff project is entering a script deal with CBS. Parsons has been attached as an executive producer to the show together with Chuck Lorre and Steve Molaro. None of the other "The Big Bang Theory" cast members are said to be involved with the prequel.

Meanwhile, Kunal Nayyar, who portrays Raj on the show, gave a cryptic message which seemed to hint that "The Big Bang Theory" Season 10 may be the final leg for the comedy sitcom.

"I think we are due to re-up for season 10. After that, who knows? I hope to continue, but it's not entirely up to me," Nayyar told Miami Herald. "Even if we do season 11 or 12, it's a very odd sensation this year. We are all feeling quite nostalgic."

"The Big Bang Theory" Season 10 cast are currently negotiating their contract renewal for a potential 11th season of the show. According to sources, the actors are seeking increases in their salaries.

"We are very confident that everyone involved wants more Big Bang past year 10 and I know Warner Bros. will make those deals," CBS president Glenn Geller said. Parson has been listed the highest-paid TV actors in 2016. From June 1, 2015 to June 1, 2016, Parsons has earned 25.5 million, with his "The Big Bang Theory" pay amounting to a big chunk of his earnings.
