Millie Bobby Brown is reportedly going to earn more than $3 million in 2017.

Breakout child actress Millie Bobby Brown is not just getting more and more popular after rising to stardom in the Netflix' series "Stranger Things," she is also raking in millions of dollars.

In "Stranger Things," Brown has transformed from an unknown actress to mysterious Eleven that has since been loved and admired by fans of the 80s themed mystery horror series. And with "Stranger Things" getting a second season, Brown is expected to earn more than $3 million, Mirror reported.

For the role, the 12-year-old actress had to shave her head to fit the bill of the mysterious Eleven but with the paycheck she is going to take home, it all paid off in the end.

She just did not draw the attention of ordinary fans but also famous fans from the industry she belongs to. Aaron Paul of the award-winning AMC series "Breaking Bad" and revered director and producer Stephen Spielberg are among her fans from Hollywood.

Brown was not supposed to be acting like she has telekinesis in "Stranger Things" until her father, Robert Brown, took her to an acting class.

"I was bored one day, so my dad took me to this acting school. I liked it more than having fun - I liked it for an actual job," she told Dazed Magazine. Since then, the Europe-born actress started doing the craft she loves right now. In 2013, Brown first appeared in "Once Upon a Time in Wonderland" portraying the role of a young Alice. She has also appeared in hit TV series "Modern Family" and "Grey's Anatomy."

Her performance for "Stranger Things" has earned her a nomination in the People's Choice Awards for the category Favorite Sci-Fi/Fantasy TV actress.

The much-awaited second season of "Stranger Things" is scheduled to be released on or before July next year and will have nine episodes unlike its first season which had eight episodes.
