Thanks to Orochimaru's cunning maneuver, Sasuke is just one step away to solving the mystery behind the exploding humans that attacked Hidden Leaf Village and a Bamboo Village, where Chino and Nawaki came from.

Naruto Shippuden Episode 486 - Sasuke's Story: Sunrise, Part 3: Fushin

-Sasuke finally lured out Futsu and the Kekkai Genkai collector known as Oyashiro. Based on Orochimaru's intel, Oyashiro has diffidently some knowledge about these exploding humans. True enough, another exploding human appeared in the Coliseum, halting the battle between the last of the Uchiha and Futsu

-The next chapter will take Sasuke deeper into the mystery of the exploding humans. At Hell's Valley, he will face the leader of the Dark Thunder group Chino and Nawaki talked about the first time they met. Fushin of the Lightning Village must be the one behind all these atrocities, or maybe not.

-The leader of the Dark Thunder group apparently looked up to Sasuke, the last of the Uchiha Clan, as mentioned by Chino in Sasuke Book of Sunrise.

"Unable to just watch, Nowaki lowered his voice and said, "Although Iou-san is not supporting his own cause, to tell you the truth, it seems as though the leader of the Dark Thunder Group looks up to 'Uchiha Sasuke.' In fact, they've declared it," Chino, chapter 1.

-After Thursday's show, there will be two more episodes covering Sasuke's life after Chapter 699. Naruto Shippuden Episode 487 - Sasuke's Story: Sunrise, Part 4: Kerryugan will be aired on December 22, before taking a week off. The last episode titled Naruto Shippuden Episode 488 - Sasuke's Story: Sunrise, Part 5: The Last Man will be aired on January 5, 2017.
