NBA trade rumors are now pointing to the potential departure of two key players, Nerlen Noel of Philadelphia 76ers and John Wall of Washington Wizards even before the trade deadline.
NBA rumors seemed to be convinced that Nerlen Noel might soon depart from 76ers even before the trade deadline. One of the factors being pointed out is the fact that Noel has fallen out of the team's rotation. According to NBA rumors, two teams are already eyeing for a potential trade deal to acquire the service of 22 year-old power forward player.
"There are a couple of teams to watch on the Noel front, the biggest being the Toronto Raptors...It's also believed the Portland Trail Blazers have eyes on Noel, but they may be unwilling to give up much in a deal," Fox Sports quoted Steve Kyler of Basketball Insiders as saying.
The said trade rumor do make some sense especially that the Raptors have been reportedly searching for a permanent man to replace Chris Bosh's position after leaving for Miami Heat. On the other hand, the Blazers would also be needing a replacement for the team will likely lose prized free agent Festus Ezeli to season-ending knee surgery, according to FoxSports.
In addition to the potential aforementioned trade scenario, NBA trade rumors are also speculating on the potential trade deal involving John Wall of the Washington Wizards. Larry Berger of USA Today shared in his social media account that the Wizards are "exploring moving" superstar point guard John Wall.
The said NBA rumor is somehow reasonable, especially that Wall has previously expressed his thoughts about being underappreciated and undervalued for quite some time. With the said exploration, Wall might be open for a trade, especially if an interested will bring the right offer on the table.
"People talk about me getting $80 million, now you got people getting $85 million that haven't made the All-Star or anything like that. ... I guess they came in at the right time," Washington Post quoted Wall as saying.
That being said, both Noel and Wall are considered as assets for their respective teams. However, with these latest NBA trade rumors, such team valuing may soon be tested. Guess we would just have to wait and see how this NBA rumor will turn out for both players.
