PlayStation 4 Pro is no match for the most powerful Xbox Project Scorpio

If reports are anything to go by, the Xbox Project Scorpio will be launched in 2017.

Phil Spencer, Xbox Head, said that the console will not compete directly on the PS 4 Pro because it will be better than the PlayStation 4 Pro.

The Redmond company will price the console at the price range of a premium gaming personal computer.

According to Phil Spencer, the Redmond giant Microsoft is making some Xbox plans for only Xbox consumers, not in response to others. May reports claim that Xbox Project Scorpio is not competing with Sony's PlayStation 4 Pro.

Xbox Project Scorpio will reportedly deliver the newest generation of 4K console gaming that was never seen before, even with the PS 4 Pro. Xbox Project Scorpio is expected to offer a powerful combination of Vega CPU hardware and AMD Zen CPU to enable native 4K high-performance gaming.

The console will be capable of producing 6 TFLOPs of computational power compared to PS 4 Pro's 4.2 TFLOP. Furthermore, Xbox Project Scorpio will activate native 4K console gaming that the PS 4 Pro has had difficulty figuring out. The console will have over 320GB of memory bandwidth.

It is said that Xbox Project Scorpio will offer an excellent gaming experience. A few existing Xbox One games will run a little better on it.

According to Microsoft, the Xbox Scorpio is the most powerful console ever made. The console is considered to be 40% more powerful than PS 4 Pro. Aaron Greenberg,  Xbox marketing boss, said that the console would a high-end and a premium product.

According to Phil Spencer, the firm wants to the Xbox Scorpio to be at a console price-point.

Microsoft is concentrating on true 4K gaming; however, developers will have a choice on how to use the power within the console.

If reports are anything to go by, the software company will not release any exclusives titles for the console. According to Microsoft, all games that run on the Xbox One will work on Xbox Scorpio. According to director of program management for Xbox Mike Ybarra, the new console will support the Xbox 360 Backward Compatibility program.
