Katy Perry got to spend some quality time with Orlando Bloom and their bunch of best friends on Saturday evening, when the American singer and songwriter threw a birthday bash for her best friend, "Westworld" star Shannon Woodward.
According to Yahoo News, television personality Ronan Farrow and Woodward's "Raising Hope" co-star Kate Micucci joined the star-studded crew for the revelry, which was highlighted by sprints of karaoke. As luck would have it, Farrow managed to document much of what happened that night on social media.
Farrow posted on his Instagram a snapshot featuring Bloom rocking at the center, with Perry perching in the corner while singing her heart out.
"When your friends commit to the karaoke," he said in the caption.
Another photo captioned "Whey you commit to the karaoke" showed Farrow standing with Woodward.
Farrow also shared a video of the entire gang rocking out to Alanis Morissette's "You Oughta Know." While Perry was the one primed with a microphone, it looked like everyone was singing along with her. In the video, the 32-year-old singer was wearing a shimmering red top over a white shirt, standing a bit elevated above the rowdy crowd as she led the way through the difficult song. The video also offered a glimpse of Bloom, who was dressed more casually than the rest of the pack.
Perry herself also shared a Snapchat of the partygoers belting out Avril Lavigne's "Complicated" and captioned it, "This is what the holidays look like."
Since the beginning, Perry and Bloom have never kept their relationship out of the public eye. In a previous interview, Perry said she was glad that they both get to learn a lot from each other.
"He's been a UNICEF ambassador for over 10 years and I've only been a few years so he's kind of shown me some of the ropes," she said when asked about her relationship with Bloom at the annual UNICEF Snowflake ball.
"Everyone is a teacher in a relationship, that's how I see it now. We've taught each other a lot," she added.
