"Scream Queens" star Billie Lourd is mourning the death of her mom, Carrie Fisher, and grandmother, Debbie Reynolds.
On Tuesday, Fisher passed away after suffering from a stroke while on a flight from London to Los Angeles. A day later, her mom suffered from what seemed like stroke and was rushed to the hospital. "The Golden Girls" actress was later on pronounced dead at the Cedars Sinai hospital.
Following their deaths, Lourd received warm condolences from some of the cast members of "Scream Queens" via Twitter. Jamie Lee Curtis could not find the right words to say to Lourd, but the actress said that she wants to give her love and support. Curtis also urged the media to give her co-star the privacy that she needs and deserves.
"Into You" singer Ariana Grande, who was featured in the first few episodes of "Scream Queens" Season 1, told Lourd that she loves her very much. Even though she did not tag Lourd, Abigail Breslin tweeted an emoji of a broken heart upon hearing news of Reynolds' death. The actress also shared a follow up tweet saying that the world is not fair.
Breslin also shared a beautiful photo of Lourd from the set of "Scream Queens" via her Instagram account. The actress expressed how much she loves her co-stars and said that Lourd really looks like her late mother.
As of late, details regarding the mother-and-daughter tandem's wake are still being kept under wraps.
