"Blindspot" Season 2 returned with episode 10 on Wednesday night, and revealed what exactly happened to Patterson (Ashley Johnson) after she went missing, as well as to Read (Rob Brown) who was unconscious at the hospital in the midseason finale.

In "Nor I, Nigel, AKA Leg In Iron," Patterson was shot in the stomach by Dr. Borden (Ukweli Roach). In episode 9, the latter was revealed to be a mole working for the mysterious organization, Sandstorm.

Elsewhere, Jane Doe (Jaimie Alexander) zipped Roman's (Luke Mitchell) memory before driving for him in their getaway car. A confused Roman wondered who Jane is, and the latter told him that they are brother and sister. However, Roman's instincts told him not to trust Jane so he jumped out of the car while Jane was not looking and drove off alone.

Meanwhile, Nas (Archie Panjabi) was also struggling with some of her thoughts. Not only was she instrumental in having 12 agents killed; she was also somewhat responsible for sending Reade to the hospital. On top of this, Nas is also very confused on why Shepherd (Michelle Hurd) wanted Weller (Sullivan Stapleton) alive.

In the heated mission from episode 9, Shepherd took down some of the members of Weller's FBI team. However, she also made sure that Weller will not go down with them. Shepherd also fabricated the emergency with Allie (Triest Kelly Dunn) to keep Weller away from the ambush.

The second half of the episode was centered on Jane telling Zapata (Audrey Esparza), Weller and Nas that Dr. Borden is connected to Sandstorm. In order for them to find Patterson, they first have to track Roman who may know where Dr. Borden and Shepherd could be hiding.

In the end, the episode ended on quite a positive note with Patterson being found, and Reade and Zapata kissing each other no matter how awkward it seemed. But the same thing cannot be said about Jane. Her team discovered that she used to have a huge leopard tattooed on the side of her neck. Unfortunately, the same tattoo is no longer on her body at the moment.

"Blindspot" Season 2 airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. EST on NBC.
