In "Insult to Injury," it is possible that Noah will once again try to ask Jude to have sex with him. In the previous episode, Noah already tried to make a move on Jude, but the latter refused by saying that he is not ready yet.
While speaking with TV Line, executive producer Joanna Johnson said that Jude and Noah will have a closer relationship with each other. "We are going to get into some interesting issues about sex education for the LGBT community in schools," she said. Unfortunately, Johnson did not clarify whether or not the two male characters will actually engage in the deed.
Meanwhile, Jesus, who was involved in another serious accident in the midseason finale, will be fighting for his dear life in episode 11. Even though he will ultimately survive, Jesus' brain injury will worsen. More specifically, Jesus will suffer some changes in his personality and movements because of his serious condition.
Callie, who will be involved in a car accident, would also have to face the consequences of her actions. While trying to seek justice for Kyle, she shook up so many people and it is payback time for some of them.
Elsewhere, Brandon did not make it to his dream school so he will return to the Adams Foster household where he will also be reunited with Callie. The two characters previously had sex, but their relationship was discouraged since they are foster siblings.
In other news, Mariana (Cierra Ramirez) will also undergo therapy for her addiction to Jesus' ADHD pills. Lastly, Stef (Teri Polo) and Lena (Sherri Saum) will also struggle with the possibility of the former becoming a detective. If this happens, Lena would have to deal with more things at home.
"The Fosters" Season 4, episode 11 will air on Freeform on Jan. 31 at 8 p.m. EST on Freeform.
