New developments for "Avengers: Infinity War" has been revealed. Now that Chris Hemsworth has completed filming for "Thor: Ragnarok," the main "Avengers" lineup is now ready to film the third "Avengers" movie.

Reports confirm that "Avengers: Infinity War" will begin filming in Edinburg and Glasgow Scotland in February. The filming, which is expected to last for six months, will begin on Feb. 28, The Telegraph reported.

"Avengers: Infinity War" will be the largest film project ever to be filmed in Scotland, dwarfing Brad Pitt's zombie thriller "World War Z." The colossal film is expected to boost Scotland's economy by £10 million, The Daily Record reported. "World War Z," on the other hand, generated a £3.33million boost to Scotland's economy in a matter of 17 days of filming.

"It's a massive boost for the Scottish film industry. As is normal, Disney have been keeping everything top secret, but executives have been scouting locations across Glasgow, Edinburgh and the Highlands," a source reveals.

Having "Avengers: Infinity War" film in Scotland offers big opportunities for small businesses. Bars and restaurants in Glasgow and Edinburgh will be preparing to cater to the production cast and crew, as well as the hordes of tourists who will be stopping by Scotland to do some star-spotting.

Robert Downey, Jr., Samuel L. Jackson, Scarlet Johansson, Hemsworth, Chris Evans, Jeremy Renner and Mark Ruffalo are expected to arrive in Scotland soon.

Marvel has also confirmed that Benedict Cumberbatch will reprise his role as Doctor Strange in "Avengers: Infinity War." Liv Tyler will also join the movie. Although her character hasn't been revealed yet, it is presumed that she will return as Betty Ross, the love interest in Edward Norton's 2008 "The Incredible Hulk." Scottish actress Karen Gillian is also on board as the super villain Nebula.

Characters from other Marvel movies are also expected to appear in "Avengers: Infinity War" such as Josh Brolin who played Thanos in "Guardians of the Galaxy." Anthony Mackie's The Falcon and Chadwick Boseman's Black Panther are also rumored to take part.

"Avengers: Infinity War" has been set for a tentative release date of April 25, 2018.
