Whether it is male or female stars, most of them point to “Descendants of the Sun” actor Song Joong-ki as their favorite actor or person since they watched him in the 16-episode Korean blockbuster drama.

One example is 9-year-old actress Heo Jung Eun who in a press conference on Thursday to mark the end of the drama “Oh My Geum Bi” refused to share her phone number to media. However, when Oh Ji Ho, her co-star in the drama offered to give her the phone number of Song Joong-ki in exchange for divulging her number, she surprised everyone, Soompi reported.

Phone Number

Heo Jung Eun told the press she already got his number because she is a big fan of the 31-year-old actor. “I met him in the hallway at the 2016 KBS Drama Awards, and my heart was pounding because I had only ever seen him on television,” she recalled.

The young actress said after meeting Song Joong-ki along the hallway, he petted her head and she could not say anything. Although she watched him in “Descendants of the Sun” along with her older sister, she came to like him only after seeing him personally.

Big Brother

However, it is not romantic love since Heo Jung Eun – who said “Moonlight Drawn by Clouds” actor Park Bo Gum is handsome but Song Joong-ki is the best – looks up to him as an older sibling and hopes they would act in a series or movie as brother and sister.

In fact, he has acted as her protector at the 2016 KBS Drama Awards when his kissing scene with Song Hye Kyo on “Descendants of the Sun” was shown on the screen, and he covered the young girl’s eyes with his hand.

Meanwhile, Korean actor Jo In Sung said he gained perspective and relief from his hoobaes, or junior colleagues at work, such as Lee Kwang Soo and D.O., the love of Kim Woo Bin. But he added that as an actor and variety show entertainer, Lee Kwang Soo has a lot of concerns and feels pressured, while for Jo In Sung, Song Joong-ki, in contrast, does 120 percent of his given role.
