Avid fans of the hit CBS comedy series "The Big Bang Theory" will soon see a tense yet comical encounter between Raj (Kunal Nayyar) and his former girlfriends. Latest spoiler news teased of a special reunion between the five characters with Raj set to understand more about himself and how he handles relationships.
In the upcoming "The Big Bang Theory" Season 10 episode 14, Raj's apartment will become the venue of a very special meeting. With the intention to understand why all of his relationships failed, the Caltech astrophysicist will hold a focus group discussion where the participants will be his former girlfriends, according to episode spoilers posted on Entertainment Weekly.
Viewers can expect to see Raj's former deaf girlfriend Emily (Katie Leclerc) in the said episode, as well as the dermatologist Emily (Laura Spencer), Claire (Alessandra Torresani) and Lucy (Kate Micucci). Raj's best friend Howard (Simon Helberg) will also be present during the said meeting to help monitor the discussion.
It appears that Raj and Howard will try to approach the said activity as an intimate party but with a higher purpose. A photo still posted on the same news site showed Raj's living room table decked out with a salad platter, chips and a dip while Howard sat on one side clutching a pen and notebook.
In other news, the future of the CBS series is still unclear as showrunners have yet to confirm its highly-anticipated Season 11 extension. However, CBS Entertainment head Glenn Geller told reporters during a recent Television Critics Association press event that they are currently in negotiations with the show's cast members.
Geller also mentioned that they are "guardedly optimistic" that they will be able to close a deal with all of the "Big Bang Theory" lead stars, Variety quoted the CBS executive as saying. He added, "We want to get them all back. That's the goal."
