Jeremy Clarkson was recently suspended from BBC's "Top Gear" and what has triggered the suspension was a steak, a witness has claimed. According to the witness, Clarkson, who had been drinking wine, went into a shouting match with his producer, who eventually gets hit by the anchor, which might have caused him the suspension, Mirror reported.

Based on BBC's own investigation, after a long day of filming, Clarkson returned into his hotel and found out that there was only a soup and a clod meal platter for him.

Clarkson confronted his producer Oisin Tymon and ranted "so there's no food" when he was told he would not get the steak he wanted. Everyone who witnessed the altercation was surprised since they know that there was indeed a food for Clarkson, well not his preferred food but still a food.

The producer told Clarkson that it is not possible for the food to come since the chef of the hotel have gone home  but meal platters were available for him and two of his co-presenter James May and Richard Hammond.

The witness went on to say that when Clarkson arrived and knew that food was not available, he went to blame the producer for not arranging the food he prefer and Clarkson went into cussing and using words that were uncalled for.

According to Daily Record, the witness who does not want to be named added that the general manager of the hotel ended up cooking for the three anchors.

Clarkson's party took off the next day and he has apologized for what happened.
