The new MacBook Air is now out, and there is more than one reason you need to buy it. The device has more to boast about than just the look and weight.
MacBook Air is now light in structure. It is only 13.1 mm thick and weighs around 2 pounds. Apple claims it to be the lightest notebook ever made. All the other versions of MacBook Air are 3 pounds except the smaller 11 inch. It also comes in a pretty golden colour to boost he slim design, as reported by MacWorld.
The new Macbook also boasts a 12-inch LED with Retina display. It is 2304 x 1440 pixels giving it an extreme edge over the previous versions. The sound system of Macbook is also better than its predecessors. Mashable complimented the Macbook saying that the previous versions had speakers hidden but now they would be right at front and sound louder, as per reports by Telegraph.
Another major feature of the MacBook is the enhanced keyboard and the Force Touch. The keyboard is 34 percent thinner and its keys are four folds stable and precise. The keys also have individual back-lits. The MacBook also has the ForceTouch feature that allows the mouse to detect clicks and show additional options with a deep press.
Apple MacBook is not all pros. It has some cons too. The Macbook won't be the fastest notebook using dual core fifth generation Intel Core M processor. The MacBook ports have been replaced by a compact USB-C port. However, it is the same port used for charging, so no simultaneous use except with the purchase of a costly adapter. The camera is also of 480p resolution only and the price a huge $1599. So, it is possible that this MacBook might not run as anticipated by Apple.
