Britney Spears movie “Britney Ever After” teasers out; First look is jaw-dropping

Britney Spears is back with her upcoming biopic "Britney Every After."

The TV movie will not star the singer, but the story will revolve around her personal and professional life. Spears' life has been a tumultuous journey and the two-hour biopic will be featuring about the highs and lows of the singer's career.

According to E Online, the movie will star Australian actress Natasha Bassett as "Oops! I Did it Again" singer, along with Nathan Keyes as Justin Timberlake and Clayton Chitty as Kevin Federline. The cast also includes Peter Benson as Larry Rudolph, Nicole Oliver as Lynne Spears and Markian Tarasiuk as Wade Robinson.

In the movie, the viewers would be able to see her singing career, her rise to the top of the charts, failed romances with Timberlake and Federline to whom she got married and divorced later, the head shaving meltdown, Mickey Mouse Club, star downfall and her rejuvenation back into the limelight. Other than this, the movie would also feature some part of Spears' parents Jamie and Lynne Spears, whose divorce plays a significant role in the pop star's downfall.

Recently, two trailers of the movie were released and drew viewers attention instantly. In the snippets, some of the most infamous moments reveals are from Spears chaotic life. Viewers would see a strong character representation of Spears by Bassett. Although the movie is based on Spear's life, during a conversation with E! News, her rep confirmed that "Britney has no contribution in the movie and she has all her blessings".

The Spears biopic is not the first on Lifetime network. Previously the channel has showcased movie on Whitney Houston's life as well. Currently, the team is working on a project about Michael Jackson's final days.

"Britney ever after" is scheduled to be aired on Feb. 18 at 8 pm ET/PT on Lifetime. Currently, the singer is busy with the release of Glory, her first album after 2013, confirmed on Rollingstone. The album would arrive on Aug. 26 on Apple Music.
