Justin Bieber Back on Instagram to Promote Super Bowl Commercial with T-Mobile

After 24 weeks, Canadian pop singer Justin Bieber is back on photo sharing site Instagram. He returned to the social media site that the “Sorry” singer once described as “for the devil” to promote a new Super Bowl commercial with T-Mobile.

Besides Justin Bieber, also included in the advertisement are Ron Gronkowski, New England Patriots player, and Terrell Owens, former NFL wide receiver. Bieber quit Instagram in August over criticism of Sofia Ritchie, his rumored girlfriend then.

Hate Campaign

Before he deleted his Instagram account, Bieber threatened to make his Instagram account private if the fans would not stop the hate campaign against Sofia Ritchie and be so mean to people he likes. In turn, even his former girlfriend Selena Gomez criticized his threat.

Selena Gomez advised Justin Bieber to stop posting photos of his girlfriend if he could not handle the hate. “Don't be mad at your fans. They love you and supported you before any one ever did,” she wrote. The two former lovers exchanged hot words, but Bieber eventually closed his Instagram account.

Justin Bieber’s Commercial as Threat

Meanwhile, NME reported that Wyoming police is using Justin Bieber’s new commercial as a threat to drunk drivers if they would got caught on Feb. 5, the day of Super Bowl. In a tweet using the official police account, the officers warned, “If you drive drunk tonight we’re going to subject you to that Justin Bieber @TMobile Super Bowl Commercial the entire way to jail.”

In the commercial, Bieber provided a history of touchdown celebrations while he wore a black tie. But before that, he showed different dance moves, including the “running man.” He encouraged his fans to submit on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram using the hashtag #UnlimitedMoves their best touchdown moves. Bieber is scheduled to re-tweet is favorites on Monday.
