Miss Universe 2016 Iris Mittenaere meets ‘Fifty Shades Darker’ star Rita Ora on ‘Live with Kelly’

Miss Universe 2016 Iris Mittenaere has left the Philippines, the home country of her predecessor Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach. Recently, the former appeared as one of the guests on Kelly Ripa's talk show titled "Live with Kelly."

On the Feb. 6, Monday, episode of "Live with Kelly," which aired on ABC, "Fifty Shades Darker" star Rita Ora was Ripa's co-host. Aside from Mittenaire, the other guests were David Oyelowo and Tracee Ellis Ross.

Oyelowo talked about the film "A New Kingdom." On the other hand, Ross talked about the series "Black-ish."

Mittenaire took to Twitter to share a photo of herself backstage. On the show, she taught Ripa and Ora how her family name is pronounced and gave some details about her stay in New York.

In the 65 years of the Miss Universe beauty pageant's history, Mittenaire is the second Miss France to win the crown. The first was Miss Universe 1953 Christiane Martel.

Meanwhile, Ora discussed her role Mia Grey in "Fifty Shades Darker" on "Live with Kelly." She told Ripa that she will not have steamy scenes in the film, which stars Jamie Dornan as Christian Grey and Dakota Johnson as Anastacia Steele.

Directed by James Foley, "Fifty Shades Darker" is set to hit theaters on Feb. 8, Wednesday. Joining Dornan, Johnson and Ora in the cast are Eric Johnson, Eloise Mumford, Bella Heathcote, Luke Grimes, Victor Rasuk, Max Martini, Bruce Altman, Kim Basinger, Marcia Gay Harden, Andrew Airlie, Robinne Lee, Amy Price-Francis, Fay Masterson, Ryker Brown, Logan Brown, John Callander, Carmen Dollard, Ellen Ewusie, Albert Nicholas, Stephan Miers, Michael Meneer and Rob Compton, among others.

Aside from starring in "Fifty Shades Darker," Ora is also the host of "America's Next Top Model" Cycle 23 on VH1. Her fellow judges are Miss Universe 2016 backstage host Ashley Graham, Law Roach and Drew Elliot, who is also the creative consultant.
