The character designs for various gods and fighters from Universe 9 and Universe 11 has been showcased by the official "Dragon Ball Super" website. Apart from the kaioshin and fighters, the voice actors playing the role are also unveiled.

God of Destruction from Universe 9 named Sidra is voiced by Yasuhiro Mamiya. According to Kazenshuu, Sidra comes from the Spanish word Sidra meaning an alcoholic cider. Sidra of Universe 9 is described as indecisive and he is unable to destroy anything.
Rou is another kaioshin or God of Destruction from Universe 9 voiced by Yasunori Masutani. Rou is known for making fun of other universes.
Universe 11's kaioshin named Kai is gentle in nature. Kai, voiced by Taishi Murata, values life and has a strong sense of justice.
Now, coming to the fighters, Universe 9 features the deadly Trio the Dangers. Basil or Kicker Basil, voiced by Tsuyoshi Koyama, is an agile fighter known for his swiftness in the battlefield. He uses his footwork against the opponents.
The fifth character revealed by Toei in the official website is Bergamo from Universe 9. He is the middle brother in the trio. Bergamo or Poison Bergamo is voiced by Eiji Takemoto and uses cheap tactics to win against the opponent.
