"Dance Moms" star Kendall Vertes recently released her newest song, "Where Would I Be Without You," two years after waiting for her big break in the music industry.

In "Dance Moms" Season 7, episode 11, Kendall invited her co-stars to the filming of her music video. She and her mom, Jill, also revealed that they are no longer working with Abby Lee Miller for her album.

Miller managed Kendall's music career in 2015, and this resulted in the release of her first single, "Wear 'Em Out." However, the controversial ALDC coach set the young dancer's album aside to focus on other things.

Kendall and Jill are not happy with Miller setting their project aside so they decided to fire her as the former's producer. Kendall later on teamed up with her new manager, and she is set to release the official music video for "Where Would I Be Without You" in the coming days.

However, one week after the song's release, Kendall's track has not made it big on the music charts. In fact, the lyric video for the song has already been uploaded on YouTube for an entire week, but it has only received more than 300,000 views.

This number is so much lower compared to the number of views Nia Frazier and Mackenzie Ziegler's songs received when they were first launched on their respective YouTube channels.

Meanwhile, it is obvious that Kendall is not as popular as the other girls in the hit Lifetime reality TV show. Despite being with the team for more than five years now, Kendall has failed to make an impression on the viewers.

After all, the likes of Brynn Rumfallo are being pegged as Maddie Ziegler's replacement. Nia has been the first cast member to have graced the Broadway stage. Then there's Kalani Hilliker, who never pursued a career in music, but whose expertise in dance has left a mark on the viewers and Miller herself.

"Dance Moms" Season 7 airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. EST on Lifetime.
