'For Honor' is an online action hack and slash video game developed by Ubisoft Montreal and published by Ubisoft for the PC, PS4 and Xbox One.

With the release of the game "For Honor," Ubisoft has been listening to the fan feedback about certain game mechanics. As such, the company reveals that plans are made to buff the Valkyrie and modify guard break.

According to Ubisoft community developer Eric Pope, who took to Reddit to communicate with fans, developers are already working on some of the most requested improvements made by fans. The biggest change being worked on is the way bots work when replacing disconnected players in Duel, Brawl, and Elimination modes.

Before the patch, human players who quit in the middle of the match are replaced with bots having full health. Ubisoft was able to realize that the mechanic can be unfair, especially for players about to win their matches. As such, bots will now spawn into the match dead, allowing for delays before respawning.

Guard Break will also have its mechanics reverted back to its beta version, as the current mechanic does not allow countering the move until the grab is finished. In the beta, the timing window lasted from the start of the move's animation up to its completion, allowing players more means of defending themselves.

According to Game Rant, a lot of concern was raised on the Viking hybrid hero Valkyrie, with the character lacking the capabilities to compete with most other heroes. As such, Ubisoft is making the Valkyrie's light attacks and chains have less delay between attacks and recovery time.

Valkyrie attacks such as Pouncing Thrust and Hunter's Strike are getting a damage buff as well as new link options. Also, the Hunter's Rush ability has a reduced recovery time as well, and Shield Crush is getting a new link to light attack chains. Overall, it should make the Valkyrie a versatile force to be reckoned with in the battlefield.

"For Honor" is now available for the PC, PS4, and Xbox One. Here is the latest video for the game:
