Tom Clancy's "Ghost Recon: Wildlands" is undeniably one of the highly hyped and anticipated games this year. For those who wanted to experience the game first hand, here are the things that you should learn about the latest beta version of the game.
Since the closed beta release earlier this month was a success, another round of beta version that is open for everyone is due for release this week, according to VG24/7. The open beta will be live this coming February 23 up until February 27, 2017.
Gamers will have a chance to explore two regions included in the open beta. Montuyoc, considered as a new region, will be accessible during the open beta release. To go along with it is the Itacua region, which was already included in the closed beta version.
For those interested to try the latest "Ghost Recon: Wildlands" beta, rest assured that it will be available for download on PC, PS4, and Xbox One platform. Need for prior registration or even redemption of any keys would not be necessary to enjoy the open version once it has been released.
Players wanting to enjoy the game via PC, there would be a minimum requirement of at least Core i5-2400S (2.5 GHz) or FX-4320 (4 GHz), according to Game Spot. This should also be accompanied by a 6 GB of RAM and a GTX 660 or HD 7870. With the suggested minimum system requirements, the game would be running under a Low preset at 720p.
In order to enjoy the game at High presets, a much higher PC setup would be necessary. Ubisoft heavily suggests of an i7-3770 or FX-8350, 8 GB of RAM, and a GTX 970 or R9 290X.
Lastly, if a gamer will play the open beta and purchase the full game before March 31, a free extra mission in the full game will be unlocked. Known as Unidad Conspiracy, a war between militia group Unidad and the Santa Blanca cartel will be experienced.
