A good angle in the legal drama "The Good Wife" season 6 is Alicia's love interest in her campaign manager Jonathan Elfman. This is a different angle to entice more viewers to tune in every week to see if they will really fall for each other or just work to win the election.
Another interesting plot viewers need to watch out for is the election for the State Attorney which Alicia Florrick might be able to win. Her opponent Frank Prady, who is a legal commentator and has been a favorite and is a highly eligible candidate and this worries both Alicia and Jonathan.
Both Jonathan and Alicia are doing everything to win. Episode 15 shows Prady is aiming for Alicia's ex-husband Peter to eliminate him in the race.
In an interview with Julianna Margulies, who plays Alicia, she intimated that Alicia could very well pass as the Illinois' next State Attorney. With this angle, viewers will see more scenes involving the two since Alicia is now in Peter's world.
According to Jonathan, Alicia might as well pick on her ex-husband to get him out of the picture but Alicia is still hesitant. With all the knowledge she knows about him especially the dirty ones, she knows it will work to her advantage.
With Alicia having too much especially with the important interview she is about to make with Louis Canning. Maybe this is the reason why the love angle is getting into the picture: to put a lighter side to the complicating plot.
Watch for the new episode titled "Open Source" to be aired on March 15 and find out if there really is a brewing romance between Alicia and Jonathan.
