2PM fans were shocked when the South Korean boy band abruptly ended their "6Nights" concert performance after Jun.K fell from the stage. Recently, the group's agency JYP Entertainment released a statement that revealed the Kpop idol's health condition including the injuries he sustained from the fall.

2PM band member Jun.K was rushed to the hospital after the Kpop idol accidentally fell from a moving stage platform during the third day of the group's "6Nights" concert series held on Feb. 26, Sunday, in Seoul. Shortly after the stage accident, JYP Entertainment released a statement through the band's official website to assure fans about the singer's health condition.

Jun.K sustained two bone fractures specifically on his right elbow, as well as the fourth finger on his right hand, according to 2PM's agency. After receiving a thorough examination at a local hospital, the Kpop idol was placed under medical observation.

JYP Entertainment's statement also included a public apology to the boy band's fans, the concertgoers and to 2PM for their failure in ensuring the safety of the band members. The agency ended their message with a promise to provide more updates about Jun.K's recovery.

Details about Jun.K's stage accident are still unclear although several reports indicated that the Kpop idol fell from a height of around 10 feet. The incident happened when the said 2PM band member was getting ready for his "Hands Up" performance.

The South Korean singer stood on the moving platform but accidentally fell when it was activated. Jun.K reportedly was not informed when a concert staff unlocked the said platform so that it could be moved towards the center of the stage.

Meanwhile, tickets for the Kpop band's "6Nights" concert series were sold out shortly after it became available for sale. Organizers even added several seats to accommodate more concertgoers due to the high demand for tickets, according to All Kpop.

2PM still has three performance dates left in the band's "6Nights" concert series scheduled on March 3 until March 5. Watch a music clip of the group's hit track "Promise (I'll Be)" below:
