Foreign Acts

China has been allowing foreign acts to past decades in its concert scene, such as the late George Michael who held a concert at the Worker’s Gymnasium in April 1985. However, the one exception are Korean artists who have been affected by the Beijing ban on Hallyu because of the THAAD missile deployment.

I was impressed by their energetic and professional performance. They are the superstar as always. It’s really nice to have them on the big screen. I appreciated very much to bring the film to Chinese audiences.”
