Children Of Illegal Immigrants Await Deportation

In February 2016, obscene content on the mobile phone of two Chinese students was sufficient evidence for Canada to deport the two visitors. Similarly, pervert video recorded secretly by a Chinese male student taken at the Arizona State University is enough evidence to deport him to China.

Women snatched Zhang’s mobile phone

The subject of a deportation proceeding is 22-year-old Zhang Xiaoyuan who was seen by two women leaving the women’s restroom on the university’s campus in September, Shanghaiist reported. The two women snatched his mobile phone and waited for the police.

Zhang agreed for the police to search his phone and they found videos taken secretly. The two women identified the victims of Zhang. The Chinese suspect admitted, through a translator, that he recorded the videos using his mobile phone from the bathroom stall because he has a “dirty mind.”

Zhang claimed difficulty finding men’s room

Zhang claimed he could not find the men’s room in the building so he entered the women’s room instead. When he was in the center stall, he used his mobile phone to record women using the other stalls.

The police, which got a warrant to search Zhang’s device, found other upskirt videos and photos of women. He faced six charges of unlawful viewing, taping and recording or persons. Zhang was placed on federal immigration hold and denied bail. He was convicted in January of felony voyeurism charges.

Because of his conviction, Zhang lost his legal basis to remain in the U.S. Zhang entered the U.S. on a student visa. He was enrolled at the ASU as an undergraduate communications student, according to The Washington Post.

He is now in the custody of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement for deportation to China.
