A "Golden Bridge of Silk Road" structure has been erected in Beijing's Olympic Park. The "Golden Bridge" is 28 meters long, 4 meters wide and 6 meters high. It is based on the Zhaozhou Bridge design, an open-spandrel, stone segmented arch bridge with a giant body but soft lines, considered symbolic of Chinese culture. The golden crystal, with sealed national or city flowers, makes up to 20,000 golden bricks representing 65 countries and over 100 cities along the Belt and Road routes.
