"Star Wars: The Force Awakens" is yet to release its full-length trailer. However, details from the highly anticipated preview have already been leaked online revealing the information about most of its characters. Read on to find out what to expect and when the trailer will be released.
According to Latino Review, the first theatrical teaser of "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" will be released on May 1, 2015 before the much awaited superhero flick "Avengers: Age of Ultron." The author of the report reveals the news was confirmed by a source on phone. As for those in New Zealand and Australia, they will be able to see the promo a week before on April 23 and April 24.
The trailer description is already making the rounds on the internet courtesy Instagram user Umbertogonzalez. However, the information is said to be unconfirmed. The description reveals that the opening scene of the trailer gives a glimpse of desert planet and damaged AT-AT.
It is followed by a voice-over with the view of a structure appears to be like a castle situated in a forest. It is thought to be Puzzlewood location.
"I shall show you the story... "of who you seek. The one who taught me...I know why the weapon came to you," the voice over thought to be by Lupita Nyong'o plays.
The next shot is of a "large city in a tropical location." As the voice over continues in the background, a mysterious cloaked man standing on top of the stones appears-assumed to be Skelling Michael.
There are flashes of other characters, including Finn, Rey, and a small blue alien in a cave. According to the description, there are many "quick shots" revealing Han Solo, a black TIE Fighter in action and Kylo Ren. The villain's mask is said to be "dark with silver accents" holding an illuminated cross-guard. There are also R2-D2 and, Princess Leia in the trailer.
The trailer ends with a scene of "snowy forest" and a look at Finn holding the saber. Han Solo can be heard saying: "You can do this kid, I believe in you." And finally, the trailer gives a quick close up of Luke.
"Star Wars: The Force Awakens" hits the cinemas on Dec. 18.
