NCT 127 Boys Are Spooky, Lovelorn Vampires In Music Video For Newly-Released Single 'Favorite (Vampire)', Just In Time For Halloween

South-Korean boys' group NCT 127 has returned with a brand-new single "Favorite (Vampire)". The song is a part of the band's repackaged version of the recently released studio album "Sticker".

"Favorite (Vampire)", which is the title track of the album, is an R&B pop dance track that has rich harmonies and a stylish whistle sound. The song is all about impassioned love, where the boys' give out the message that their lover is their everything and is the reason they are happy, even when the relationship spirals downward to a tragic end. In the music video, the group members are seen amidst a spooky forest as lovelorn, blood-thirsty vampires. The video, with its visualization, is right in time for Halloween.

Hitmaker Kenzie, who has also worked on other songs by the group such as "Music, dance", "Punch", and "Limitless" has written, composed, and arranged the title track.

The album's new repackaged version comprises 14 songs in total, 11 of which were a part of the original version of "Sticker". There is also the new track "Favorite (Vampire)" and two new B-side songs, "Pilot" and "Love On The Floor".

The announcement for the repackaged version came earlier in October, in less than a month since the K-pop group released its "Sticker" album on September 17. It was the first domestic release by NCT 127 in more than a year. The record earned the group its highest Billboard 200 to date after reaching the No. 3 position on the chart. "Sticker" had also earned NCT 127 the title of "double million-seller" for the first time within a week since the album was released.

NCT 127 made an appearance recently on "The Travis Mills Show on Apple Music" where members Mark and Johnny talked about the impact of "Sticker". The duo opened up about how the group always brings an impact and has a lot of dynamics, however, "Sticker" had a different kind of impact. They added that it was a kind of impact that NCT 127 had never reached before, and it was a new kind of feel.

The band is continuing to make impressive records. On October 25, there was an announcement that the album "Favorite" had crossed over 1,063,806 stock pre-orders by October 24. It marks another notable record after the group exceeded 1 million stock pre-orders in just a day with "Sticker".

NCT 127 is known for its powerful comebacks, which hook the fans for many days.
